Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement a global talent sourcing strategy aligned to business priorities and workforce plans.
  • •Build and lead a team of 3 Talent Sourcers, providing hands-on coaching on advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
  • •Oversee proactive talent pipeline generation across key roles, functions, and geographies, using direct sourcing, headhunting, referrals, and internal talent identification.
  • •Partner with Regional TA leaders, recruiters, and HR stakeholders to translate hiring demand into targeted sourcing strategies and establish global ways of working.
  • •Use data and analytics to track sourcing effectiveness and conversion metrics, drive continuous improvement, and support technology adoption for scalable sourcing practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience delivering talent sourcing across international locations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team while delivering through others.
  • •Proven track record building or evolving sourcing capabilities, teams, and operating models.
  • •Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, tools, and channels, including proactive sourcing and talent mapping.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and the ability to establish governance and stakeholder engagement models.
