Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead procurement strategy aligned with schedules, risk profiles and market conditions, including supplier pre-qualification, market sounding, and RFIs/RFPs.
  • •Prepare tender documentation and manage tender queries, clarifications, bid evaluations, and award recommendations.
  • •Support contract negotiations and contract finalisation, managing commercial and contractual interfaces between packages and suppliers.
  • •Administer contracts across FIDIC-based, NEC-based and bespoke contract structures, including correspondence, notices, milestones, deliverables, variations, and change orders.
  • •Provide commercial and contractual support for disputes and manage reporting and governance documentation for Steering Committees and investment bodies.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in procurement, contracts management and/or commercial management on major energy, industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • •Experience negotiating and managing EPC, supply, construction and/or service contracts.
  • •Experience with FIDIC contracts and/or other standard forms of contract.
  • •Strong understanding of the project lifecycle from development and procurement through construction and operations, including multi-contract environments and package interfaces.
  • •Professional fluency in English; Dutch language skills are preferred but not essential, plus a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management).
