Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize monetization strategy for Firefly Individual offers, including portfolio optimization strategy and recommendations to product roadmaps and configurations.
  • •Continuously determine how to monetize newly developed generative AI features, adding them to credit rate cards as needed.
  • •Conduct qualitative customer research and design quantitative market research using methods such as Build-Your-Own Conjoint, Discrete Choice Conjoint, and Gabor-Granger.
  • •Collect, synthesize, and analyze industry and competitor data; build financial models to simulate customer behavior and run scenario analysis for market penetration, revenue, and margin impact.
  • •Engage with engineering, finance, and operational teams to ensure monetization strategies can be implemented; collaborate with product and marketing teams and complete post-mortems to refine proposals.

  • •3+ years of experience crafting pricing and packaging strategies and bringing them to market in complex organizations.
  • •Understanding of emerging GenAI capabilities and how to apply them across business processes, customer experiences, and operational workflows.
