•Provide financial recommendations and assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•Help customers achieve personal financial goals by tailoring solutions for future planning, home purchases, or new credit products.
•Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking through our app and ATMs, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
•Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set financial checkup appointments, aligning solutions with customer timelines.
•Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•High School degree or GED required
•2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals
•Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship

•Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
