Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site troubleshooting and resolution for Collins Interiors commercial seating and other Interiors products.
  • •Coordinate technical support with Field Service Manager and airline maintenance and engineering departments.
  • •Assist in delivering customer training on Collins Interiors commercial seating.
  • •Support Entry Into Service (EIS) activities, including aircraft meet-and-greet and performance tracking as directed by supervision.
  • •Participate in follow-up investigations and reliability meetings, analyzing airline data related to failure and product performance.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum six years related experience and/or training in an aircraft technical environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Commercial airline premium seating experience is preferred.
  • •Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English and to interpret technical procedures and regulations.
  • •Strong on-wing troubleshooting and investigation skills with the ability to capture and document failure symptoms, root causes, and diagnostic data.
  • •Experience coordinating technical support with Field Service Manager and airline maintenance/engineering departments.
  • •Airframe License (Airframe License preferred).
