Key Responsibilities

  • •Own daily upkeep and troubleshooting of facilities infrastructure including lighting, ventilation, electrical drops, water delivery, drainage, and general utilities
  • •Manage vendors and contractors to execute routine maintenance and unplanned repairs
  • •Build and maintain temporary site infrastructure to support tunneling progress (e.g., staging areas, workshops, break areas, hose routing)
  • •Coordinate with TBM operations, EHS, and logistics teams to support production while keeping facilities safe and functional
  • •Monitor site cleanliness, layout efficiency, and infrastructure reliability—proactively fixing issues before they become blockers

Key Requirements
