  • •Ensure facilities are operated and maintained to established standards and procedures.
  • •Develop and update facility standards, procedures, and monitoring practices as needs evolve.
  • •Maintain facility systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, ensuring safe and presentable sites.
  • •Track, forecast, and manage facility budgets; purchase supplies, issue purchase orders, and reconcile invoices.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent education/experience combination.

  • •Experience managing hard and soft services, standards, SLAs, and KPIs within a facilities environment.
  • •Proficiency using work order systems and knowledge of building services (mechanical, electrical, HVAC).
