Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect facilities, perform work, and conduct preventive maintenance on structures and equipment.
  • •Execute assigned CBMs and follow preventive maintenance instructions from equipment manufacturers and property manuals.
  • •Maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems (freezers, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, chillers) and provide technical attention as needed.
  • •Operate and maintain basic electrical systems and controls.
  • •Provide shift coverage, ensure cleanliness before/during/after jobs, maintain tools/equipment (including calibration where appropriate), and support others through training.

Key Requirements
