Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business development and growth initiatives, identifying and pursuing new opportunities across the UK market within Ground & Water, contaminated land, remediation, and infrastructure projects.
  • •Manage key client relationships and act as a senior point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of complex multi-disciplinary projects.
  • •Provide project and commercial oversight, governance, risk management, and financial performance oversight for regional projects.
  • •Lead, mentor and develop teams within the Newcastle office and wider region, supporting recruitment and capability development.
  • •Provide technical direction and assurance as a subject matter expert in hydrogeology/remediation, promoting innovation and knowledge sharing across the business.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree (and ideally postgraduate qualification) in environmental science, geology, engineering, or a related discipline
  • •Chartered status with a relevant professional body
  • •Significant experience in Hydrogeology
  • •Managing hydrogeological data and developing conceptual models and interpretation of data
  • •Use and learn software such as ConSim, LandSim, P20, FeFlow, Modflow, Seep/W
