Key Responsibilities

•Lead business development and growth initiatives, identifying and pursuing new opportunities across the UK market within Ground & Water, contaminated land, remediation, and infrastructure projects.
•Manage key client relationships and act as a senior point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of complex multi-disciplinary projects.
•Provide project and commercial oversight, governance, risk management, and financial performance oversight for regional projects.
•Lead, mentor and develop teams within the Newcastle office and wider region, supporting recruitment and capability development.
•Provide technical direction and assurance as a subject matter expert in hydrogeology/remediation, promoting innovation and knowledge sharing across the business.

Key Requirements

•A degree (and ideally postgraduate qualification) in environmental science, geology, engineering, or a related discipline
•Chartered status with a relevant professional body
•Significant experience in Hydrogeology
•Managing hydrogeological data and developing conceptual models and interpretation of data
•Use and learn software such as ConSim, LandSim, P20, FeFlow, Modflow, Seep/W
