Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and review of infrastructure strategies, master plans, and long-term development frameworks.
  • •Conduct research and analysis on infrastructure trends, emerging technologies, and best practices; analyze performance, capacity needs, and future growth demands.
  • •Assist in evaluating and prioritizing infrastructure projects and programs, including capital investment plans, funding strategies, and business case development.
  • •Coordinate with asset management teams to integrate lifecycle-based planning, asset condition/risk/performance inputs, and support renewal and replacement planning; support sustainability and smart city initiatives.
  • •Monitor strategy implementation and performance against objectives using dashboards and KPIs; prepare reports/presentations, coordinate stakeholders, and support governance, compliance, documentation, and audit responses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, Infrastructure Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure Management, Geography, or a related field.
  • •5-7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure planning, strategic planning, transportation planning, municipal engineering, asset management, or infrastructure development.
  • •Experience supporting strategic studies, performance monitoring, and infrastructure program planning.
  • •Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to support planning initiatives.
  • •Preferred: PMP and related infrastructure asset management, strategic planning, or CIAM-equivalent certifications.
