Key Responsibilities

•Deeply understand client RCM operations and identify where UiPath solutions drive the highest-impact outcomes
•Design user-centric applications and translate complex real-world processes into repeatable solution patterns
•Implement UiPath HLS solutions and other product capabilities by configuring, integrating, and adapting to local workflows
•Iterate with end users, validate solution fit, and scale deployments across locations using repeatable playbooks
•Manage client relationships and executive engagement, own end-to-end timelines/milestones, and partner with PMs/engineering to shape the product roadmap

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management in a health system, payer, EHR vendor, consulting firm, or implementation partner
•Hands-on RCM process expertise including claims submission, denials categorization/resolution, prior authorization, charge capture, and payer policy logic
•Direct experience implementing software inside health systems or payers with ownership of deployments
•Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS rules
•Strong project management instincts and customer-facing communication skills to run workshops with senior and end-user audiences
