  • •B.S. in polymer engineering, textile engineering, material science, or related field.
  • •8+ years’ experience supporting multiple vehicle systems across coverstock materials, engineering design, tooling, process, and testing.
  • •Experience leading material selection and shaping material/design/process/tooling strategy.
  • •Experience in automotive development from concept through product launch.
  • •Strong knowledge of coverstock materials and secondary processes (e.g., lamination, wrapping, glueing/welding, back-injection), plus standardization/testing development experience.
