Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary liaison between avionics engineering, supply chain, production, and others to ensure rate objectives are met through manufacturing and test.
  • •Implement, simplify, and automate high-reliability PCBA manufacturing processes so production teams can operate independently of engineering.
  • •Drive design updates in response to manufacturing issues, part obsolescence, and system requirement changes, including supplier capability assessments and quality control support.
  • •Select and qualify new electronics manufacturing equipment and design tooling to improve manufacturing repeatability and efficiency.
  • •Lead non-conforming product troubleshooting, root cause analysis, failure investigations, and corrective actions; prepare transition documentation from development to production.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of experience in design, manufacturing, and/or production of mechanical or electrical hardware systems.

  • •Basic understanding of machining principals, equipment, and tooling.
