Key Responsibilities

  • •Own reliability, deployments, observability, and incident response across AWS (Kubernetes/EKS, Datadog, CI/CD, networking) supporting backend, mobile, data, ML, and AI teams.
  • •Maintain and improve AWS infrastructure to meet best standards for scalability.
  • •Own infrastructure-as-code using Terraform/OpenTofu, with hands-on AWS CDK experience a strong plus.
  • •Take hands-on ownership of SOC 2 and PCI-DSS by building and operating production systems and partnering with security to remediate gaps.
  • •Improve and consolidate CI/CD pipelines for consistent deploys/rollbacks, and build internal AI infrastructure (gateway/middleware, MCP integrations, knowledge graph) and greenfield product infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •DevOps/SRE depth with a genuine backend engineering background—written and shipped real software (not only infrastructure code).
  • •Strong hands-on AWS experience with production observability/monitoring (e.g., Datadog, OpenTelemetry), CI/CD, compute, and networking.
  • •Experience managing Kubernetes clusters in multiple environments, including AWS EKS.
