Job Summary

Lead modernization and upgrade projects for customers with live site and system operations, delivering multiple initiatives concurrently in line with contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee project teams across engineering, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and documentation, manage risks and changes, coordinate stakeholders, and report project status including cost and revenue forecasts. Drive structured execution using BEUMER’s PMI-based and Stage Gate processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute modernization and upgrade projects for customers, ensuring successful delivery across schedule, budget, scope, and quality.
•Deliver multiple projects concurrently, typically overseeing medium to large-scale initiatives with project values up to €10M.
•Lead project teams and communicate project plans to internal stakeholders and customers, including site access, requirements, and on-site activities.
•Establish and follow structured project processes (BEUMER Stage Gate Model) and manage risks, opportunities, and project changes throughout the lifecycle.
•Manage project reporting and financial status (cost/revenue, forecasts, and EAC), support contract/claim work, and ensure proper project closure and transfer to service management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree-level education in engineering and/or commercial fields (or similar).
•2+ years of project experience in service, upgrade, or aftermarket contexts.

•Plan to obtain project management certification (PMI, or IPMA level C) within 2 years.
•Advanced English proficiency (C1).
