Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategies to deepen engagement with the Bumi Premier segment based on Islamic wealth needs.
  • •Identify proposition and product gaps and propose new offerings or enhancements to capture untapped opportunities.
  • •Lead product lifecycle management and continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing, repositioning, or rationalising offerings.
  • •Collaborate with Wealth, Product, Distribution, Risk, Shariah, and Compliance teams to deliver initiatives in line with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • •Monitor and report performance against NNM, NNIA, and acquisition metrics, and refine strategies to optimise outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in Islamic Wealth product management.
  • •Proven track record in product development, process improvement, and project delivery with strong understanding of Islamic contracts.
  • •Sound understanding of regulatory and Shariah governance requirements for Islamic financial institutions.
  • •Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
