Job Summary

Provide on-site and in-site technical support for composite customers. Maintain and optimize the composite innovation portfolio by identifying customer needs and developing products aligned with marketing requirements. Deliver product and technical introductions, training, and solution support to customers and distributors, while troubleshooting complaints with cross-functional teams. Collect and share up-to-date market intelligence from relevant industries, customers, and competitors.

•Comply with HPU policy and local EHS regulations.
•Identify customer activities and needs and develop products according to marketing requirements.
•Provide technical support and training to key customers and distributors, including new-customer product/technical introductions and ensuring understanding of the product portfolio.
•Troubleshoot customer complaints timely and effectively, working with sales, R&D, customer service, and QA.
•Collect up-to-date market intelligence from relevant industries, customers, and competitors regularly.

Key Requirements

•Minimum bachelor’s degree of polymer science.
•At least 2–3 years of composite-related work experience.
•PU composite experience is optimal.
•Proficiency with MS Office functionalities.
•Training in PU composite knowledge/technology/process, product development, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
