Job Summary

Supervise planned and unplanned inspections of free zone companies for marine activities, coordinating with an outsourced inspection team to support safe operations. Liaise with automated MAQTA gateway and DED permit systems, assist with issuing NOCs and operational permits, and review inspection team performance for compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations. Evaluate violations, fines, inspection progress, KPIs, and reports, and provide recommendations for corrective measures and regulatory improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and ensure implementation of the inspection plan for free zone service and operational companies
•Liaise with the MAQTA gateway system and DED permit system, and assist in issuing NOCs and operational permits
•Review inspection team performance and verify compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations
•Review and evaluate databases on violations and fine management
•Review and submit KPI reports and recommendations, including corrective measures after approval

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, civil engineering, Business management, or equivalent
•Demonstrated background in HSEQ / OSHAD functions with experience conducting inspections
•5-6 years of relevant experience
•Experience in free zones or economic zones
•Arabic and English language skills
