Key Responsibilities

•Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, shadowing, usage analytics) to understand workflows and pain points.
•Analyze findings to define consistent, efficient workflows and create design artifacts such as user journeys, personas, and storyboards.
•Create polished high-fidelity designs in Figma, refine through usability testing and prototypes, and present innovative ideas to stakeholders.
•Evaluate and implement a design system framework and build a component library with guidelines for typography, colors, iconography, and components.
•Partner with developers for asset handoff and help plan beta testing to validate and iterate on design effectiveness.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•6+ years in a combined Product and/or UX design role focused on SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and/or large-scale redesigns.
•Create and/or maintain scalable design systems and style guides for SaaS; show a strong portfolio with UX case studies.
•Expertise in user research methods, workflow mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
•Strong proficiency in Figma and knowledge of Storybook (or similar) for high-fidelity design work.
•Experience creating components using Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or other responsive design frameworks.
