  • •Turn new country launches into repeatable expansion playbooks with localized voice, policies, and market-specific compliance to go live quickly.
  • •Operate the product org by owning planning cadence, metrics, and prioritization across expansion bets so a small team can move fast.
  • •Dive deep into complex operational problems to identify root causes and design elegant solutions.
  • •Scale expansion end to end, coordinating partners and vendors to support thousands of users growth.
  • •Maintain product quality and execution excellence as part of a founder’s right-hand operating function.
