Key Responsibilities

  • •Protect customer privacy and security through compliance activities such as fee retention conversations, cash handling, dual control, audit adherence, and internal controls.
  • •Grow consumer relationships by managing assigned customers, using marketing campaigns and promotions, and advocating for referrals (Refer-A-Friend).
  • •Deepen relationships via onboarding and outbound calling, generating weekly appointments, and identifying partner referrals.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a track record of exceeding assigned goals and meeting operational expectations.
  • •Excellent communication skills, motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, resourcefulness, and strong relationship-building.
  • •Technologically savvy with comfort using Microsoft Office, internet/mobile technology, and bank systems.
  • •Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and have a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally.
