Key Responsibilities

•Protect customer privacy and security through compliance activities such as fee retention conversations, cash handling, dual control, audit adherence, and internal controls.
•Grow consumer relationships by managing assigned customers, using marketing campaigns and promotions, and advocating for referrals (Refer-A-Friend).
•Deepen relationships via onboarding and outbound calling, generating weekly appointments, and identifying partner referrals.
•Uncover consumer lending opportunities with emphasis on real-estate secured needs.
•Deliver day-to-day customer experience by following core values, being the single point for problem resolution, and driving sales effectiveness through consistent outbound calling and follow-through.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•3+ years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a track record of exceeding assigned goals and meeting operational expectations.
•Excellent communication skills, motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, resourcefulness, and strong relationship-building.
•Technologically savvy with comfort using Microsoft Office, internet/mobile technology, and bank systems.
•Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and have a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally.
