Decoration Operator, Heat Press, UV Printing and Laser Engraving

Operate and maintain UV printing and laser engraving equipment to decorate hard-shell luggage, travel accessories, and other hard goods. Prepare and align artwork files, run daily production while meeting quality and output targets, and perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to reduce downtime. Monitor print quality, verify logo alignment, support finishing tasks, and maintain accurate job tracking while escalating defects to the Decoration Lead.
