Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily visual management and lead tier meetings focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost/productivity, and inventory.
  • •Use lean manufacturing tools to reduce operational costs, inventory, and lead-times while aligning to long-term manufacturing strategies.
  • •Develop manufacturing priorities from the production schedule and monitor work requirements to meet customer deadlines.
  • •Enforce safety policies, meet operating budgets, complete continuous improvement plans, and coach employees on performance issues including initiating disciplinary actions when required.
  • •Monitor control plans, troubleshoot workmanship problems, supervise production activities, and ensure products meet established quality requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR high school diploma/GED with 3 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years of related experience with increasing responsibility and leadership in manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • •Foundational knowledge of lean principles and manufacturing processes.
  • •SAP business system experience (preferred).
