Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement logistics and warehousing plans to meet customer delivery requirements while balancing supply chain costs and service levels.
  • •Collaborate across production, sales, and customers to improve order fulfillment and add value while controlling storage and transportation costs.
  • •Ensure all shipments meet Animal Nutrition and Health, DOT, and HAZMAT regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory balances in SAP/PCS and manage warehousing/distribution operational spend and budgets.
  • •Monitor outsourced warehouse and logistics for cGMP and SHE compliance; drive continuous improvement using root-cause analysis and operational reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; BS in Management preferred.
  • •Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a managerial position with operations management or supply chain responsibility.
  • •SAP, PCS, and Business Warehouse experience required.
  • •Knowledge of warehousing and distribution practices and product storage/legal requirements for North American and global shipments.
  • •Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and strong vendor negotiation capabilities.
