Key Responsibilities

  • •Present the show from a technical and production standpoint.
  • •Serve as direct supervisor of touring safety officials, stagehands, audio/video production staff, and related event personnel.
  • •Plan and coordinate engagements, including local labor, catering, venue relations, performance, and tear-down of production elements.
  • •Oversee movement of show equipment city to city with corporate transportation and ensure required tech and safety reports are submitted on time.
  • •Implement and administer Feld Entertainment’s Safety and Health Program and comply with Monster Jam best-practice rules and guidelines.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Associates Degree or 1–3 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience).
  • •Thorough understanding of Monster Jam show operations (or related experience with other traveling family entertainment shows).
  • •Experience supervising and negotiating with unions and labor companies (e.g., IATSE).
  • •Knowledge of theatrical terms and directions, with experience in stage/rigging and production equipment.
  • •Ability to travel domestically and internationally 90–100% of the time.
