Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate consultancy agreements, framework agreements, subcontracts, joint venture agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other project documentation.
  • •Provide legal advice on project pursuits, tenders, procurement processes, risk allocation, and contract negotiation strategies.
  • •Support project teams throughout the lifecycle from bid stage through project delivery.
  • •Prepare and review internal approvals and governance processes.
  • •Advise on disputes, claims, contractual issues, and commercial risk management matters.

Key Requirements
