Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary on-site point of contact and bridge between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and to standard.
  • •Support the project lifecycle from pre-planning through final turnover, including reviewing site data, ROM budget assumptions, and sub-consultant proposals.
  • •Provide hands-on construction oversight with weekly site walks to document progress, photograph work, and verify against project schedules.
  • •Proactively manage risk and schedule by documenting delays/variances and maintaining an active punch list of unresolved issues.
  • •Coordinate vendors and inspections by managing access/logistics, relationships with inspectors and AHJs, and delivering concise progress reports with organized documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,300 weekly

Key Requirements

  • •Direct experience supporting commercial construction projects.
  • •Experience in immersive entertainment, museums, theme parks, or experiential environments.
  • •Comfort reading construction drawings and schedules.
  • •Familiarity with permitting and inspection processes, including local/regional jurisdiction differences.
  • •Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Smartsheet) is preferred.
