Job Summary

Drive end-to-end commercial process design and optimization across opportunity management, quoting, subscription/contract management, order booking, billing, and invoicing. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to standardize and scale commercial backbone capabilities, align processes to IT applications with KPI/controls, and monitor KPIs/SLAs for continuous improvement. Enable AI/ML automation in the commercial workflow and support onboarding, adoption, training, and process governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end commercial processes, ensuring alignment with IT applications and relevant KPI/performance metrics and compliance requirements.
•Identify automation opportunities and apply AI tools to commercial backbone processes, integrating AI/ML solutions into commercial workflows.
•Ensure compliance with commercial process standards and governance mechanisms, and drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
•Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver process improvements, and conduct workshops/training for commercial backbone processes.
•Support business onboarding and adoption, including QMS adoption, training end-users, and partnering with other BCE/BPEs for cross-functional requirements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6-10 years of industry experience with a university degree desirable in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience.
•Experience with backend commercial processes with end-to-end process knowhow and a technology-based solution mindset.
•Hands-on expertise in Salesforce or Apttus, SAP, Zuora, or similar applications.
•Full end-to-end multi-modal commercial processes execution knowledge.
•Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements, with professional demeanor and strong communications skills.
