Key Responsibilities

•Maintain, stock, and keep the bar clean to improve bartending team efficiency and productivity.
•Stay informed on current menu items and descriptions.
•Follow Special Events guidelines to support successful events.
•Perform opening/running/closing side duties per HOB policy, including stocking ice bins and beverages and cleaning/maintaining bar equipment.
•Handle trash and recycling properly, operate the trash compactor, and ensure responsible alcohol service, safety, and sanitation standards.

Key Requirements

•Responsible Alcohol Training Certification (or equivalent) and compliance with required license/certification standards.
•Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
•Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
•Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms.
•3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment (preferred).
