CB Portfolio Manager II - Investment Real Estate

Manage a large, complex portfolio of corporate banking clients in partnership with Relationship Managers. Oversee receipt and ongoing review of financial statements and reporting packages, perform independent credit analysis (statements, covenants, collateral), and support deal structuring and loan documentation review. Monitor performance versus plan and covenant compliance, track maturities and delinquencies, and coordinate reporting and credit deterioration mitigation with the Credit Department and Special Assets.
