Serve as the face of the branch by building relationships and using trusted financial advice to help customers with spending, saving, borrowing, investing, and credit card needs. Assess customer goals, recommend and refer products through in-person and phone conversations, and introduce digital/mobile-first banking options. Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners for more complex needs while following all cash handling and compliance policies.
