Contracting Controls Technician

Install building automation systems and temperature control components using control drawings, plans, and specifications. Prepare for on-site work by reviewing building layouts, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining inventory, tools, and required paperwork. Serve as direct customer contact by servicing equipment at customer locations—diagnosing and repairing systems to ensure satisfaction. Stay current on direct digital control installations and maintain safety, vehicle readiness, and security of company assets.
