Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, train, and develop the TAM team, mentoring into a high-performing practice that owns post-launch technical excellence across the SFP portfolio.
  • •Define and continuously improve the SFP platform health approach, including key metrics and an operating model covering tiering, account assignment, coverage, and escalation paths.
  • •Build and operate intake and prioritization systems spanning external retail partners and internal stakeholders, balancing competing demands.
  • •Serve as the senior escalation point for critical platform issues, communicating up to C-suite and negotiating scope/responsibility boundaries with adjacent teams.
  • •Initiate and lead cross-functional initiatives for continuous technical improvement, turning account-level patterns into actionable product and engineering roadmap influence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 162,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering/architecture, technical consulting, or software engineering in SaaS/platform environments.
  • •5+ years leading, hiring, and growing engineering or engineering-adjacent teams, including scaling from early stage.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills, including engaging VP-level and C-suite stakeholders on technical and business issues.
  • •Experience defining and driving large-scale transformation or operational programs across cross-functional organizations with measurable outcomes.
  • •Hands-on technical depth with complex platform integrations at scale, including REST APIs, authentication, ETL, message queues, async patterns, and error handling/recovery.
