O&M Technician Lv 3 (Ashtabula Twp, OH, US)

Safely operate power plant equipment and support maintenance activities under direction of management and O&M leaders. Perform station startup/shutdown, follow SOPs and job safety standards, respond to abnormalities, and maintain accurate shift logs and administrative records. Conduct routine inspections, operational tests, cycle chemistry testing, and preventive/predictive maintenance. Troubleshoot incidents and plant issues, develop and revise O&M procedures, and work rotating shifts with overtime and off-hour call-ins as needed.
