Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer the electrical systems for the modular product, including power distribution, grounding, and controls integration, from concept through released drawings.
  • •Own one-lines, panel schedules, and cable/raceway design to a standard the factory installs for seamless field connection.
  • •Solve electrical-to-structure/mechanical integration problems, including routing, penetrations, and tolerances.
  • •Run electrical support for factory and field, answering RFIs same-day and engineering fixes into the next revision.
  • •Drive prototyping and validation through mockups, fit checks, and first-article reviews you attend in person.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,000 - 206,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Engineered electrical systems hands-on for complex physical products, modular construction, or critical facilities (e.g., prefab power skids, switchgear OEM products, modular data centers, or critical-facility EPC work).
  • •Supported production launches of your own designs from first article through repeat builds.
  • •Design for factory install (e.g., harnesses and pre-terminated assemblies) rather than site-pulled wiring.
  • •Produced drawings that minimize fabrication/field rework, fixing the drawing instead of explaining issues.
  • •Worked across disciplines to resolve electrical/mechanical/structural integration conflicts while maintaining configuration control.
