Service Assistant - Chicago, IL

Support day-to-day service operations by providing a world-class customer experience and assisting the service team with vehicle logistics. This includes dropping off and picking up customer vehicles and loaners, running to the bodyshop, coordinating test charging at Electrify America stations, and arranging Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves. You’ll also help with pre-delivery inspection carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, assist technicians with basic shop repairs, and perform other vehicle staging and parts delivery tasks.
