Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as HSE subject matter expert for site-based projects and promote a safety, health, and wellbeing culture across the PJM team, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • •Provide practical operational HSE support to live construction and project activities, working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
  • •Prepare, review, and support delivery of key HSE documentation including risk assessments, RAMS/method statements, permits, safe systems of work, and contractor safety plans.
  • •Ensure project-level HSE activities follow local legislation, client requirements, international standards, and company Environmental, Health and Safety standards.
  • •Conduct site inspections, audits, and reviews; lead or support accident/incident/near-miss reporting and investigation, and coach stakeholders on HSE tools and responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environ, Science, OHS, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Safety Professional).
  • •Minimum 5 years of related experience within pharmaceutical environments.
  • •Experience supporting manufacturing sites in highly regulated environments.
  • •Proficiency in German and English with strong oral and written communication skills.
