Job Summary

Design, develop, and administer Salesforce Service Cloud solutions focused on enterprise customer service and agent productivity. Build and enhance capabilities such as Service Console, Omni-Channel routing, Agentforce automation, knowledge management, case handling, and analytics dashboards. Create custom features using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, and deliver system integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and AWS. Manage deployments with Copado and perform data migrations using Apex Data Loader.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud projects with a focus on customer service excellence and agent productivity.
•Implement Service Cloud capabilities such as routing, case handling, email-to-case, knowledge management, and bot-based support.
•Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows, and optimize for scalability using Governor Limits.
•Build integrations with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, AWS, CTI connectors, middleware tools, and Platform Events.
•Manage deployment lifecycle with Copado and change sets, and support data migration and cleansing using Apex Data Loader and ETL tools.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of work experience delivering Salesforce.com projects.
•Highly experienced in Salesforce administration and application development with deep Service Cloud expertise for enterprise clients.
•Hands-on experience with Service Cloud features including Service Console, Omni-Channel routing, AWS Chat integration, CTI, case management, email-to-case, knowledge management, and bot implementations.
•Strong development skills in Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, plus integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, AWS, CTI connectors, middleware tools, and Platform Events.
•Deployment and data management experience, including Copado/change sets for lifecycle management and data migration/cleansing using Apex Data Loader and ETL tools.
