Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Dispute Intake, Analysis & Coding: Review and analyze customer claims, deductions, and short payments; accurately code and create disputes within SAP AR and Dispute Management systems; identify unidentified or misapplied deductions and ensure correct dispute reason codes; create manual dispute cases when system-generated disputes are unavailable; update disputes with required information and notes in a timely manner.
•Dispute Research & Documentation: Obtain and validate supporting documentation (remittance advice, invoices, portal downloads); conduct initial analysis to determine claim validity and root cause; organize dispute data for complex issues using Excel; prepare Excel uploads for remittance applications to ensure accurate dispute coding and recovery.
•Assignment, Coordination & Resolution Support: Assign validated disputes to appropriate team members; submit split requests for multi-deduction payments; work cross-functionally with Credit, Sales, AR Specialists to resolve disputes; act as SME for dispute inquiries; support Deduction Research Analysts throughout the lifecycle.
•Adjustments, Write-offs & Controls: Approve or assign program disputes within authority levels; process dispute write-offs with documented reasoning; partner with AR Specialists to correct payment application errors; ensure compliance with internal controls and contractual obligations.
•Interpersonal & Process Excellence: Interact with internal/external stakeholders across US and Canada; contribute to SOPs; assist with training and process improvements; maintain high integrity and accountability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
•3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Dispute Management, or Deductions with increasing levels of responsibility
•Proven proficiency in ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred
•Advanced Excel skills, including report creation and data consolidation
•Experience with Power BI and dispute/deduction reporting
