Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design and implementation of internal tools and infrastructure that directly support our revenue teams.
  • •Build AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple tools and resources.
  • •Partner with strategy and operations teams to deeply understand the customer and sales lifecycle, then automate, optimize, and reimagine it with code.
  • •Own & launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize ElevenLabs operations, and drive their development and implementation.
  • •Design and deliver technical enablement that makes insights actionable across the ElevenLabs teams, through education, tooling, and streamlined workflows.
