Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist guests with seat needs, seat relocation, escorting to artist meet & greets, and finding lost items.
  • •Direct guest flow (merchandise, restroom, and concessions lines), resolve complaints, and report maintenance and cleaning issues to the appropriate department manager.
