Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and review private placement memoranda and manage outside fund counsel in production.
  • •Review and provide input on compliance and operations-related investor side letter provisions.
  • •Liaise with US and Luxembourg AML teams on AML reviews of prospective and existing investors.
  • •Prepare, implement, and maintain fund-specific policies and procedures, and oversee compliance for acquisitions and dispositions.
  • •Provide day-to-day support to fund accounting, tax, and portfolio management on limited partnership agreement and side letter obligations, and oversee junior team members.
