Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and system needs, and document and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • •Translate requirements into process flows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready documentation; assess impacts, dependencies, risks, and data considerations.
  • •Provide senior functional analysis across ITSM processes (Event, Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change), improving efficiency, automation, controls, and user experience.
  • •Participate in refinement, planning, reviews, and testing support (test planning, scenarios, system testing, UAT, defect triage) and help validate completed work.
  • •Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support governance activities by documenting requirements, controls, evidence, and remediation needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
  • •4 to 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems analysis, application analysis, or a closely related technology role.
  • •3+ years’ experience managing projects supporting ServiceNow ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Event, or Major Incident management.
  • •Professional experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and supporting documentation.
  • •Strong understanding of IT service management concepts/frameworks such as ITIL.
