Sr Maintenance Tech

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to support safe, efficient building operations with limited supervision. Monitor building systems, comply with codes and work-safety directives, and handle emergency and routine maintenance. Review work orders to estimate time and materials, order supplies, and respond/escalate as needed. Maintain the assigned company vehicle and support day-to-day property services across assigned locations.
