Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure assigned client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
  • •Install and configure solution software according to client requirements.
  • •Proactively identify problems/errors, log incidents with required details, and manage incident progress to effective resolution.
  • •Respond to and diagnose alerts; escalate to L3 Field Engineer when resolution is not possible within the required time.
  • •Provide second-line remote and on-site technical support and field engineering services, coordinating with stakeholders and escalating to third-party vendors when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or related field.
  • •Professional-level networking certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5) and Valid CCNP Collaboration Certification required.
  • •Moderate experience with collaboration technologies such as call managers, voice gateways, call recording, scripting, messaging, and VOIP/IP telephony.
  • •Moderate experience diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents and providing remote support using collaboration technologies.
  • •Moderate experience with relevant technology such as Cisco product stack, SBCs (AudioCodes and Oracle), CUBE, and Webex Calling.
