Job Summary

Provide second-line remote and/or on-site technical support and field engineering for client environments, proactively diagnosing and resolving incidents to prevent SLA misses. Manage standard, low-complexity incidents and requests, ensure client infrastructure and related software are installed and operational, investigate alerts and troubleshoot to root cause, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to implement corrective actions and maintain service continuity.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure assigned client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
•Install and configure solution software according to client requirements.
•Proactively identify problems/errors, log incidents with required details, and manage incident progress to effective resolution.
•Respond to and diagnose alerts; escalate to L3 Field Engineer when resolution is not possible within the required time.
•Provide second-line remote and on-site technical support and field engineering services, coordinating with stakeholders and escalating to third-party vendors when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or related field.
•Professional-level networking certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5) and Valid CCNP Collaboration Certification required.
•Moderate experience with collaboration technologies such as call managers, voice gateways, call recording, scripting, messaging, and VOIP/IP telephony.
•Moderate experience diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents and providing remote support using collaboration technologies.
•Moderate experience with relevant technology such as Cisco product stack, SBCs (AudioCodes and Oracle), CUBE, and Webex Calling.
