Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts at an onsite shop facility. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues using real-time data, manage work orders and service intervals, and order parts. Work Monday–Friday with overtime after 40 hours and possible on-call scheduling. Assist with training lower-level technicians and keep electronic documentation up to date, supporting EquipmentShare’s technology-enabled maintenance approach.
