Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day activities for the VA Data Modernization effort, aligning delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • •Coordinate intake improvements, workflow mapping, and process optimization to accelerate workspace provisioning.
  • •Oversee creation and delivery of pre-configured workspaces that meet Definition of Done requirements (toolsets, personas, access).
  • •Facilitate cross-team collaboration for automated data warehouse provisioning, linked services, mount points, and Databricks catalogs.
  • •Track and report risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers; maintain SOPs and communicate status and next steps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related) or commensurate experience.
  • •12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role.
  • •2-5 years of experience working in a government environment.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Experience leading teams using Agile Scrum and Kanban; manage complex, multi-team workflows.
