Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily operations and maintenance of Moniepoint facilities in the region, including offices, branches, and repair centers.
  • •Ensure facilities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies, including preventive maintenance and service quality monitoring.
  • •Develop 2D architectural plans and 3D renderings for new and existing facilities using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
  • •Lead property acquisition and lease support activities, including negotiation, title verification, and legal review coordination.
  • •Deliver end-to-end facility development and upgrade projects, coordinating timelines, design reviews, contractors, budgets, and handover documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in facilities management, infrastructure development, and project execution across multiple locations.
  • •Proven experience managing end-to-end facility development and upgrade projects with strong space planning and 2D/3D drawing skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • •Proficiency in design and visualization tools including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • •Valid HSE certification is mandatory (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001).
