Key Responsibilities

•Prepare monthly management reports including consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
•Deliver structured variance analysis (budget vs actuals) by country and product.
•Support preparation of investor and leadership reporting packs and track EOR metrics (headcount, payroll cost, FX impact, margins).
•Assist with multi-entity consolidation across geographies, including FX revaluation and FCTR impact analysis, and coordinate reporting alignment with local accounting teams.
•Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules, support statutory audit and investor due diligence, and strengthen financial controls while optimizing NetSuite reporting and consolidation processes.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Accountant qualification.
•3–5 years of experience in accounting, reporting, or consolidation.
•Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles.
•Hands-on experience with NetSuite (preferred).
•Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, structured analysis) and comfort with multi-currency environments.
