Key Responsibilities

  • •Define commercial development strategy with the Director of Operational Development, including growth priorities by distribution network (Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, Prescription).
  • •Manage and animate zone teams worldwide by setting objectives, challenging regional strategies, and consolidating learnings into the métier strategy.
  • •Drive global commercial performance through regular quantitative/qualitative reporting and analysis of products, categories, markets, and channels.
  • •Directly pilot e-commerce levers and oversee the global wholesale/distributor network for La Table Hermès, ensuring brand standards and client experience.
  • •Coordinate transverse collaboration with Collection, Technical Development & Quality, Purchasing & Supply Chain, métier identity, Controlling, and Planning & Commercial Performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide a high-level business education (business school or equivalent).
  • •Have 10–15 years of experience in commercial development, ideally in fashion or luxury.
  • •Demonstrate proven experience managing teams.
  • •Bring strong analytical ability and comfort with figures, along with excellent organizational skills and project management.
  • •Fluent English is required in an international environment.
